 Founded by Laura MacKenzie, Brass Lassie is a bold trad band based in St. Paul/Minneapolis. The band combines traditional tunes, songs and style with dazzling modern horn lines, sparking their own genre of eclectic, remarkable music.

Mary Vanorny (fiddle) along with Ryan Johnson (piano) present 14 tracks of traditional Irish Music in their 2018 debut. The album features jigs, reels, and hornpipes played with vigor and drive while balancing the intricacies of traditional sound on beautiful slow airs.  Mary is joined by guests Chad McAnally (Irish harp), Claire Vanorny (All-Ireland fiddle), and Matt Wehling (mandolin).

Matt Wehling (mandolin, vocals), Paul Wehling (bouzouki, guitar, vocals), Laura MacKenzie (flute, whistle), Mary Vanorny (fiddle) & Tom Klein (uilleann pipes) are the Frothy Band! Playing casually a few times each season, mostly at Imminent Brewing in Northfield MN.

Aja McCullough (vocals, flute), Mary Vanorny (fiddle, vocals), Buddy Ferrari (bouzouki, vocals), Patrick Maun (uilleann pipes) & Thomas Gurke (guitar) make up this pub group! With harmonized vocals and driving jigs & reels, this group performs at festivals, pubs, and private events.

Kickin' It Irish!

A modern fusion of show-style Irish dance and live Irish music from the Kickin' It Irish Band! Members include Cormac O'Se (original member of Riverdance), Adrienne O'Shea, Sean O'Brien, Todd Menton, Brian Miller & Mary Vanorny.

Two-time Live Ireland Awards “Best Vocalist of the Year” (and fantastic flute player) Norah Rendell, fiddler Mary Vanorny and guitarist Brian Miller are the Two Tap Trio. Formed in 2007 and based in the Twin Cities, the Two Tap Trio mixes driving fiddle and flute duets with Norah’s singing, underpinned by intricate guitar and bouzouki backing.
